Seven questions, and you get every part, the price of each, and the reason it was picked. No chat and no black box: a fixed budget split and hard compatibility checks, so the same answers always give the same machine.
A fixed percentage table splits your budget, and hard checks throw out anything that does not fit the rest. Nothing is generated and nothing is invented, so the same answers always give you the same machine, and you can redo the arithmetic yourself.
Each part is a plain text file a person filled in and confirmed, down to the price and the date it was last seen. Nothing is scraped and dropped in unread, and a field nobody has filled in yet is left empty rather than guessed.
The build appears the moment you answer the last question. There is no queue, no form to send, no email back in three days and nobody to talk to first.
No basket, no affiliate links and no account. You get a list of parts and buy them wherever they are cheapest, so the build has no reason to be more expensive than it needs to be.
What the machine is for, what you want to spend, whether a brand matters, how much goes on looks, what colour, how big it should be, and the resolution you play at. Nothing else is asked.
Every goal has a percentage per category. Pick two goals and the percentages are averaged by how much you said each one matters. None of that is guessed.
Socket, memory type, card length, cooler height, board format and power draw. A part that fails a check is never picked, whatever it costs.
This is not a summary of the rules, it is the table the engine reads. Every euro lands in one of these nine categories, and the percentage depends only on what you said the machine is for.
Money you add for looks sits outside this table. It can reach the case, the fans and the board, and never the processor or the graphics card.

The processor, the board and the cooler all name the same socket.
The memory type comes from the board, not from the processor, and the kit fits the slots it has.
The card is shorter than the case allows, with a 10mm margin on mini-itx boards.
The drive clears the floor the goal sets: 512GB for esports, 1TB for big games, 2TB for work.
Air coolers fit under the case roof, radiators fit the mounts the case lists.
The case states every board size it takes, and the board is one of them.
